nuSpin™ is a simple internet based control and decision support solution for your Spinning Mill.

How to access and use this solution?
nuSpin™ is very easy to use. It is just like checking your email. Once you subscribe to nuSpin™, you will receive an email with a website address and your login user name and password. After logging into the -, you can enter your daily MIS information through a simple Excel like screen and save it. Then use the dashboard to see how your Spinning Mill is performing.
     
     
How long will it take to implement the solution?
There is no implementation required…!
Once you subscribe to nuSpin™ (use the Registration Page to let us know your interest), we will send you an email with a website address and your login user name and password within one business day and you can start using the solution by logging in with the details received in the email.
     
     
How can I get my employees trained to use solution?
NU STREET will provide your users with an “online” training to start with. Our product training specialist will take your employees through a session over the internet using standard internet tools like Skype. This is similar to a web chat. nuSpin™ also comes with a unique integrated Train Me facility. This facility allows the users to learn and use it at the same time.
     
     
Is there a separate AMC for the solution?
There is no AMC for nuSpin™. Only the monthly subscription fee is payable by you for using the solution.
     
     
Do I need to buy a Server for the solution?
NO. You do not need any hardware like Server, Network Infrastructure to use nuSpin™. All you need is a simple desktop computer with an internet connection.
     
     
Do I need a computer to use the solution?
A normal desktop computer with an internet connection is enough to use nuSpin™. It is that simple.
     
     
Can I use the solution from anywhere?
Since nuSpin™ is internet based. You can use it from anywhere, anytime with an internet connection.

How to pay the monthly subscription amount to Nu Street?
You have many ways of paying the monthly subscription amount. You can give us a bank cheque if it is easy for you. You can even use your credit or debit card also.
     
     
Is my Spinning Mill’s data safe and secure? Where is the data stored?
You Spinning Mill’s data is not visible to anyone except you. It is securely stored on data servers with complete backup facilities. Only you can see your data using the username and password that you create.
     
     
Who can view and change my Spinning Mill’s data?
Only YOU can view and change your Spinning Mill’s data. Nobody else has access to it. If your Administrator/Manager wishes to view the data, you can give him access to specific screens. It is highly secure and an authentication from you is needed for anyone to view your data.
     
     
Can I copy existing data into the solution?
nuSpin™ comes with an option to import excel sheets with business data.
     
     
How can I compare past, historical data with current data in the solution?
The Dashboard screen in nuSpin™ comes with a “+” icon at the top right corner of each graph. This can be clicked to open a new graph window next to the current graph. A different year or month can be selected for the new graph window and then can be compared visually right there. It is as simple as that.
     
     
Can I enter data at the Spinning Mill for my Owner / MD to view it from his house?
Using nuSpin™ is like checking your email. If you enter your Spinning Mill’s data into the solution at the Spinning Mill, your MD can view the data from his house or anywhere by logging into nuSpin™..
